1. Shipping & Customs Notice
Shipping cost only covers international freight from our warehouse.
Shipping fees displayed apply to sample orders only and DO NOT include import duties, VAT or local customs charges. All customs expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
Estimated transit times for reference only:
Economy Tracked Sample Parcel: 15–25 working days
Express Air Sample Courier: 10–15 working days
Delivery estimates exclude delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics or force majeure. We do not ship to sanctioned or restricted countries.
2. Returns, Refunds & Liability
We only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects.
Returns caused by incorrect ordering, installation incompatibility or unexpected customs costs will not be approved. Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from customs detention, shipment delays, improper installation or unauthorized product modification by the buyer.
