Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges will not be available.

We only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects.
To qualify for return, goods must remain unused, intact and kept in original packaging.

Returns caused by incorrect ordering, installation incompatibility or customs-related costs will not be approved. Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer unless we reach a separate written agreement.We are not responsible for losses arising from customs detention, transport delays, improper installation or unauthorized modification of products by the buyer.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return request.
